Ingredients:
6 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, steamed until tender
2, 5 oz. cans chunk white albacore tuna, drained
10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 C. crushed plain potato chips
1/2 lb. rotini (spiral) pasta
1 C. french fried onions
1 T. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. mayo
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to pkg. directions. In a bowl, add the broccoli, tuna, soup, butter, mayo, french fried onions, 1 C. of cheese, salt and pepper. When the pasta is done, drain and stir it in with the tuna mixture. Once well combined, pour the mixture into a 2.5 quart casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove and top with the crushed potato chops and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
