Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
1 1/2 T. baking powder
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. ground turmeric
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
Butter Sauce
2 T. melted butter
1 T. sweet chili sauce
Instructions
Dry the chicken wings and toss them with the baking powder. Mix together the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the wings, rubbing the mixture into each one. Place in the fridge for 2 hours. Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before baking. Place the wings on a cooling rack placed over a sheet pan lined with tinfoil. Spray the cooling rack with cooking spray. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 45 minutes, turning the wings after 25 minutes.
Whisk together the butter sauce ingredients. Once the wings are done, brush with the sauce before serving.
