Candy Coated Strawberries Recipe

ingredients:

1 lb. Almond Bark, vanilla flavored coating
2 containers strawberries, rinsed and dried
1 C. white chocolate chips
parchment paper

Directions:

In a microwave safe bowl, add 6 blocks of the almond bark and melt in 1 minute intervals. Mine took about 1 min. 40 sec. Remove and stir in 1/2 C. of the chips till melted. Using the stem dip the strawberries and place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. When that coating is gone, microwave the remaining almond bark and follow the same directions as before. Save 1/2 C. of the melted mixture and add in a little food coloring of your choice and then place into a plastic ziploc bag and cut the tip off. Drizzle over the strawberries. Allow to harden on the counter then store in an airtight container. I had some leftover and dipped marshmallows in them, picture I will post in comments.
