POST WORKOUT SMOOTHIE




Ingredients

2 cups fresh kale
1 cup coconut water, unsweetened (or regular water)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple
2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)

Directions

Blend kale and coconut water in a high speed blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass or mason jar and enjoy immediately.
