" METABOLISM BOOSTING " BLUEBERRY COCONUT LIME SMOOTHIE




Ingredients

1 (5.3 ounces) Greek Yogurt (I used 100 calorie Key Lime flavored)
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 large banana
2 tablespoons unsweetened flaked coconut
2 tablespoons raw almonds
1/2 teaspoon truvia, or sub another sweetener

Directions

Peel the banana and slice into coins. Place the coins in a sealed bag in the freezer the night before making this smoothie.
Combine the Key Lime Greek yogurt, almond milk, frozen blueberries, frozen banana, unsweetened coconut, almonds, and sweetener in a large blender.
Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately.
