Best Chicken Salad Recipe





Here's what you are going to need:

1 whole rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup of diced celery
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup of shaved almonds
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste


Here's what you need to do:

In a small, microwave safe bowl, combine the dried cranberries and the orange juice. 
Microwave on high for 1 minute. Set aside. 
In a medium bowl, shred the chicken. Add the celery. 
Add the cranberry mixture, almonds and mayonnaise. 
Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
