Ingredients:
WHAT YOU NEED:
2 Cups Ore-Ida® Potatoes O'Brien
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Cup Bacon, crumbled
1/4 tsp Pepper
3 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
6 Eggs
tablespoon = tbsp
teaspoon = tsp
Directions:
heat oven to 350 deg
the first step: we try to melting the butter in the microwave. after this let's add the potatoes & microwave for ten min (10 min).
the second step: stir eggs, milk, salt, & jack cheese.
after this pour all over potatoes.
the final step: bake for 20 min or until eggs have set.
Remove from oven & spray with Cheddar cheese & bacon.
Serve .
