Banana Cream Caramel Pie Recipe




Once again I had some bananas on the counter that needed to be used and that i didn’t want to form another bread or cake. I also wanted the recipe to be quick and straightforward because now that faculty has started we don’t have tons of free time! This Banana Cream Caramel Pie may be a snap to form , it doesn’t got to be baked and it tastes delicious. I left mine sit overnight and therefore the flavors meld together perfectly!

Ingredients:

What you need:
1 pkt of sweet biscuits, crushed 
150g butter melted
1 - 2 Bananas

1 tin of nestles Top 'n' Fill Caramel
a few drops vanilla essence
Chocolate for the topping 
2 tablespoon icing sugar
250g thick cream

Directions:

FIRST STEP:
in 23 cm pie plate combine crushed biscuits with melted butter,
then try to press.
second step: place  in fridge to cool for 10 min

SECOND STEP: 
Slice the banana over the biscuit mix. and add the tin caramel
blend cream, icing sugar & vanilla essence. Beat until thick & stiff.
top our pie with whipped crem & chocolate.
