Seasoning:
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. Paprika
2 - 5oz. salmon filets (fresh or frozen)
2 T. melted butter
Directions:
Heat a grill to medium high heat. Brush both sides of salmon with butter and then (with tossed seasoning) coat both sides of the fish. Make sure salmon has set at room temp. for 15 minutes before placing on grill. Place flesh side down on grill for 8 minutes, then carefully turning over to skin side for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
