Salmon Patties Recipe




ingredients:

1/4 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
1/4 C. finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 bacon flavored ritz crackers, crushed
6 oz. can boneless pink salmon, drained
2 green onions, finely chopped
Veg. oil for frying
1 large egg

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Heat enough oil to cover the bottom of a skillet over med. high heat. Scoop out a little of the mixture with your hands and form a patty, place in the heated oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel line plate. Makes 6 patties.
