ingredients:
1 1/3 cup warm water
1 T Active Dry Yeast
1/4 C Dry Milk
2 T Olive Oil
1 T Sugar
4 C. Flour
Butter flavored cooking spray
I used my bread machine to make the dough, but you can do it by hand as well.
Directions:
Combine water, sugar, yeast and dry milk. Let stand for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Add in olive oil and flour. Combine well and knead for 2-3 minutes, let rest in a greased bowl until double in size, approx. 1 hour. Punch down and knead again for a couple of minutes. Cut dough in half. Roll one ball out and then form with your hands to fit your pan (I used an iron skillet for ours). Place in a warm dark place (I use my oven) and let rise again for 1 hour. Once that has risen, press down lightly in the center of the dough to form the crust edges. Add in your favorite pizza sauce and toppings. Bake in a 475 degree preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
