ingredients:
1lb Flank Steak, sliced thinly
1 small onion, sliced in strips
3 C. frozen broccoli, thawed
1/2 C. Soy Sauce
2 T. Oyster Sauce
1 T. vegetable oil
2 T. cornstarch
Cooked Rice
1/2 C. water
Directions:
Place sliced steak in a bowl and toss well with the cornstarch. Let mixture sit for 10 minutes. In a large skillet, combine water, soy sauce, oyster sauce broccoli and onions. Cook on medium high heat till veggies are almost tender. Pour into a bowl and set aside. Add 1 T. vegetable oil to pan and toss in the meat. Cook for 3-5 minutes and add in the veggie mixture with all the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes till it begins to thicken. Stir often. Serve over rice.
