Ingredients
2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 1/4 cups crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup salted sweet cream butter
Instructions
Line a 9-inch fluted tart pan with parchment paper and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave for 45-55 seconds, then stir until smooth. Pour half of the ganache into the prepared tart pan. Refrigerate to set.
In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. In another bowl, microwave the peanut butter and butter for 45 seconds, then stir until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients until well combined.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled ganache layer. Top with the remaining ganache, smoothing out the top. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours to set.
Remove the pie from the tart pan, peel off the parchment paper, and place it on a serving plate. Slice and serve chilled.
