Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe




If you're keen on pumpkin spice, you’re getting to love this Pumpkin Smoothie recipe. This pumpkin smoothie is delicious and that i love drinking this within the summer when I’m channeling fall sweater weather. 

I make my very own pumpkin spice flavored recipes to avoid inflammatory ingredients and plenty of unnecessary sugar.

Virtually all pumpkin spice belongings you can get from a drive-through are straight-up horrible for you and loaded with sugar.

This smoothie works great as a meal replacement and can assist you stay full for hours.

It’s tasty, is ideal for fall, and full of metabolism boosting protein.

Ingredients:

1 cup ice
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 (5.3 oz) container nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Dannon Light & Fit)
1 medium banana
1 ½ tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 tablespoons fat free Reddi-wip

Directions:

Place all ingredients except the Reddi-wip into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and add a tablespoon of Reddi-wip to the top of each. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
