Apple almond flax smoothie




Ingredients

1 large apple, cut into small pieces
1/2 frozen banana
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut milk
Optional: handful of kale

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Puree until smooth and enjoy immediately.
