Quick and Easy Tostadas recipe



Ingredients:

Corn Tortillas
Refried Beans (I use my homemade kind but canned works as well)
Guacamole (I make my own, but store bought it great too)
Chipotle Chicken (optional)
Sour Cream
Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
Onions/ Green Onion/ Salsa

Directions:

Lay out the corn tortillas on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly each side of the corn tortilla. Sprinkle salt lightly if desired. Place baking sheet with desired amount of tortillas in a preheated oven, 400, and bake about 4 minutes per side, or until slightly golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and set aside.
Gather ingredients and to assemble, spread a layer of refried beans on top of crispy tostada shell. Cover with chicken if using. Next, add all remaining ingredients in order desired. Serve! *You can tweak this by adding any variety of ingredients desired!
