Marshmallow Waldorf Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c. miniature marshmallows

3 c. diced unpeeled apples

¼ c. chopped walnuts

1 c. chopped celery

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

mayonnaise

Directions:

Sprinkle the apples with the lemon juice. Add marshmallows, celery and nuts. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten. Toss lightly.
