Sausage Balls Recipe




ingredients:

1 8oz. package extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. breakfast sausage, not the hot this time.
1/4 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup finely diced onion
2 C. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Combine all the above ingredients very well by hand until it has all come together. Roll into 1" balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. These freeze really well uncooked. We serve ours with a side of mustard.
