Pumpkin Muffins Recipe




As it seems , muffins are the simplest breakfast option for my preschooler. He can start eating them reception and simply take them within the car to end on the thanks to school… and while walking in to high school . we've no shame. There just isn’t enough time within the morning! Anyway, you’re getting to be seeing tons of muffin recipes around here because i want to stay things interesting. These were successful with both kids – very moist and flavorful (extra bonus that there’s fruit/pumpkin in there). They’re also perfect to freeze after baking and defrost for an excellent quick breakfast. So really, they’re an honest breakfast option for anyone on the go.

ingredients:

1 Classic Yellow Cake mix
1 15oz. can 100% Pumpkin

Directions:

With a mixer combine the two ingredients and spoon mixture into greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This made 12 muffins.
