ingredients
1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
6 Boneless sirloin pork chops (about 1" thick)
2 T. Dales "liquid" steak seasoning
1 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
1 T. Olive Oil
Directions:
Place pork chops into a Ziploc bag, add in all remaining ingredients. Shake everything up really good and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. When ready to cook, fire up the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
