ingredients:
2 Mahi Mahi Filets
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
Rub each Mahi Mahi filet with olive oil and dust with salt and pepper. Place on a hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes each side.
Lemon Butter Sauce
1 Slice fresh Lemon
1 T Heavy Cream
Pinch of Parsley
4 T Butter
Directions:
In a small saucepan add butter and slowly melt, add fresh lemon slice and cook for 2 minutes stirring around lemon in the butter. Remove lemon slice and add cream and parsley. Drizzle over grilled Mahi Mahi.
