ingredients:
Butter or butter flavored cooking spray
6 sausage links (more if you want)
6 slices white bread
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 C. whole milk
4 eggs
Directions:
In a small skillet, place sausage links along with 1/4 C. water over medium heat. Cook till water evaporates and then roll links to brown. Remove from heat. Mix together eggs, milk and cinnamon, preheat a skillet over medium high heat and then dip a slice of bread into the egg mixture and place in the pan cooking 2 at a time. After about 1-2 minutes flip over and press flat cooking an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove to a plate and continue till all bread is cooked. Add any remaining egg mixture to the pan and scramble. Remove from heat. Take a piece of French toast, place 1 sausage link and a little of the egg in the center and roll up. Do this with remaining French toast. Finish off with your favorite syrup.
