Paula Deen Frito and Corn Salad Recipe




Ingredients:

1 cup green pepper, chopped (I used an orange bell pepper instead that I got for .25 on this week's shopping trip)
1 (10½ ounce) bag coarsely crushed Fritos chili cheese corn chips
2 cups grated cheddar cheese ( I used marble cheddar)
2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
½ cup red onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions: 

Mix first 5 ingredients and chill. Stir in corn chips just before serving.
